Featuring 24 participants from 13 countries, the exhibition highlighted 3D printing’s impact across various disciplines, challenging audiences to consider the societal implications of technological advancements.
Exhibition highlights included historically significant objects such as one of the world’s first 3D-printed chairs, Foster + Partners’ designs for a 3D-printed moon base, and the first lifelike model of the human heart. Topics ranged from 3D printing’s role in reducing carbon footprints to its potential for limitless customisation.
Workshops and talks by experts including Assa Ashuach, Silvia Weidenbach, and BlaBlabLAB demystified the technology and showcased its transformative potential.
